Digital Camera Suggestions Needed.... Going shopping tomorrow

I need an easy to use, foolproof camera for a not so tech-savvy person.
Must be:

-- Easy to use
-- $300- $400
-- Small
-- Point and shoot
-- Print out nice 4x6 and occassional 8x10's

My friend is completely clueless about technology so the easier to use the better.

I was looking at the Canon Powershot A95 as a suggestion.
