Digital Camera Suggestion ~$150-$170?

I was originally looking at the Canon A75, but it actually seems to have gone up in price and I'm kicking myself for not getting it at $150.

So I'm basically looking for a digital camera for my sister that's relatively easy to use, takes decent photographs, nothing spectacular.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

2 cameras that I am debating on getting, pretty much same situation as you, around 150ish.
Compusa has the CanonA75 for 199.00 but you get a 30.00 gift card...in store only but you can check online to see if its available.
CircuitCity has the Canon A400 for 159.99
both are pretty decent cameras, just not sure which one yet....just thought i'd share info with you.

Amazon also has the A400 for $159 but with your choice of extra 64MB SD card or $25 off the price of a larger card (info at gottadeal.com).

Reviews at Amazon of the A400 are positive, and it looks a bit less bulky than the A75 (or my own A80).
