Digital camera stolen yesterday

I had my Canon A75, 512mb CF card, 2300ma batteries and case stolen yesterday while I was looking at cars in a parking lot.

My sister needed the camera for her bio-chem lab today so I went to staples and bought everything (again) and the total was just over 500 bucks 🙁 .

What is the most that has been stolen from you?

EDIT: And my insurance deductible is 500 dollars so it wouldn't do anything, I guess i'll keep an eye on ebay but probibly no hope of getting it back.

That sucks man.

I had an amp and sub stolen out of my car. Luckily they didn't get the headunit before someone noticed what they were doing.
 
Got scammed big time on yahoo auctions when I was a dumb n00b.
Bought something that was too good to be true and didn't think twice about his 0 rating. $625 lost.
 
My dad and I were looking around for a car. And just as we were getting back in we saw a back lot and took a look at a 95 accord for mabye 3 minutes. My dad figures he didn't lock the car when we went to look at the accord and someone went through our car. We took the digi cam to take pictures of the possible cars.
 
i've been pretty lucky too. I had my adidas coat stolen once and my truck was raided once but nothing was taken since there wasn't anything of use in it
 
Someone stole our 78 Chevy truck out of the front yard a few years back. There were two 99 Dodges in the driveway with the keys hanging in them and they opted for the old truck. I figure they weren't Mopar fans.
 
Left my $300 digicam on the table at my neighbors apartment when they were having a party.....I was really trashed and made a party foul, so I went to go get cleaning stuff and when I got back it was gone. It was my fault, I cant believe I just left it on the table for like 5 minutes.

The worst part is, the pics i had taken that night were probably worth as much as the entire camera itself to me 🙁
 
i got scamed out of 150$ on ebay thats the worst thats happened to me, thats was liek 4 months ago

I don't know. Everything stolen from me are now part of my repressed memory.

I had my TI-85 swapped with someone else's TI-85 once. It was bizarre .. I had my nifty games and all my cheat sheet formulas in it and I ended up with someone else's TI-85 with the screen falling off. :|
 
That's rough. I had my racing bike stolen once. Pretty bummed about that. Didn't replace it for 2+ years after that. Anyway, I had ridden home from work in the rain and left it outside too long (wasn't living in NYC at the time, btw). Me == stupid. Cawchy87 == stupid too. WTH are you thinking leaving anything valuable in a car, even for a couple of minutes?
