Digital Camera Recommendation Please

I'm looking for a new digital camera for general purpose that is 7.1 MegaPixel or better. Price range around $400 to $600. My requirement is that it must also take video for 30 minutes. The video must be reasonable quality, VGA at 30 FPS.

So many of the cameras seem to be limited to 20 or 30 seconds of video. I don't mind purchasing a seperate 6 or 8 gig card for the 30 minutes of video. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

Why the megapixel requirement?

Honestly I believe that the Fuji F30 is the best point-and-shoot on the market today. Great low-light performance, a terriffic all-around camera. It falls a little short of the arbitrary 7.1 MP or greater (it's 6.3 MP), but there's no way anyone would be able to tell the difference in resolution and the F30 has so much less noise that its 6.3 MP images are better than other cameras' 7.1 MP or larger images. It has a movie mode that is limited only by card capacity, with a 1GB card holding 15 minutes of 640x480 30 FPS video.
