Where is this info coming from? Anyone confirm this. This seems very highly unlikely. It definately isn't online. The FD73 goes for about $250 usually, and the FD85 goes for about $450.

If you would please read my post carefully and you will see that I never mentioned anything about the Mavica FD87 and it will continue to be $399.99. So please read the post carefully. I do price changes weekly. I am just informing the members here of my store's lower prices.
Please read all posts carefully to prevent rumors and confusions.

I physically checked 2 OfficeMax stores...one had nothing, the other has the FD85 at $399. I hate to call, but the other stores in my state are far, so I'm calling around and finding regular prices at the stores that still have these cameras.

If anyone finds either of the cameras clearanced, let us know please.

There were none* in Phoenix area according to the computers but the price was showing on the computer as $99.

*The computers said there might be a 73 at Camelback and 7th Avenue and might be one at Elliott. No 85s.

Checked the 75 and 15th street store in Plano, TX and the one on 75 and Campbell in Richardson. Neither one had the FD73 or FD85 model. I did noticed that the Olympus C-211 was marked down to $249. It's the 2 megapixel one that prints polaroid images.

Yesterday, I checked most of the stores in Orange County and I found 5 FD73 and 3 FD85. However, the guy who I worked with bought them all and they were for friends as gifts. So Orange County is out totally. I also found two Olympus 360L for $99 and sold those too. A lot of stores still have these cameras so don't give up. Ask them to call my store and try to price match. They will price match if they would agree to call my store. They might not. I would not have post if these did not existed. Any way, good luck. I got one call today and gave him the location to the store that had it. I think it was store 612 in San Dimas, CA and the it was the FD85. Don't know the phone number there though.

Impressive. I thought these things would be long gone. They're not in the catalog. I called four stores and went to one, and they couldn't even find the item on the computer. Anyway, thanks for the tip - and keep it up!
