Digital Camera or GeForce 4 Ti4200?

I don't know why i want a digital camera it seems to be just something that i want. Ultimately i have no use for one other then participating in the camera threads around here and they are cool.

I am a huge gamer but only when there are good games... of which there are none. I have been playing Half-life since the day it came out. Nothing else has captivated me for longer then a week max (max payne! ).

Oh well, i'll let you guys decide.

I have a GeForce2 Ti and I don't have a digital camera. I think that your GTS still plays today's games well enough, doesn't it? Looking at it that way, I would vote for a digital camera.

I'm with SuperCommando. I'd get the Digital Camera. You have a good enough card right now. It plays and when the games you want play like a dog on it then upgrade.

I'm sure you can find uses for a Digital Camera

I tried playing morrowind and it lagged a fair amount. ( I like my games to run perfect)
Even Jedi Knight 2 went a little crazy in multiplayer sometimes.

I just can't think of anything i would do with a digital camera, that is the main thing.

I'd say go for the digital camera. Especially if there aren't any games out presently that are making you itch for an upgrade. Video cards make huge strides in just 6-12 months, so just waiting a bit can get you a nice boost in power for the same price. Digital cameras don't move quite as fast so you can get one now and not worry about it being obsolete/outdated in 6-12 months.

That's my logic's take at it anyway.

yeah.. thats a good call. The rule I go by for upgrading Vid Cards is 6 steps... Wait six levels of upgrade before going more.. now its gotten complicated since they add all these Ti stuff.. but I'm waiting for the GF5

But yet again Morrowind is and absolute wonderful and beautiful game and would run perfectly with the card.
