I'm new sorry if this is the wrong post. Anyone know of great 'hot' deals on digital cameras? I like posting here, cause is this the best thread imho 😀 let me know please.

A disposable 35mm camera is equivalent to a 6 Mega-pixel digital camera.....

Nothing wrong with telling someone where their thread should go. No one was being flamed. To answer the questions though, I have not heard of any hot deals on digital cameras.

I got in on the photoalley deal for the Nikon 950. $100 off from the site, 20% off from MS Passport, and another $150 rebate from Nikon, and maybe 5% from ebates. That was about a week ago, do a search..
 
Before you ask, it's best to do searches... I think there's been quite a few good deals floating around here, but I haven't paid enough attention recently 🙂

Not saying digital cameras are cheap... but just don't quite agree w/ your logic there.
 
Picked up the Canon S100 last week for $360, should be here on Thursday.

Look around the forum. There are tons of deals on digicams floating around.
 
xziler8r you missed out, shoulda been here last week. There are still some pretty good deals on cameras like the finepix 1300/1400 etc, but not as good as last week, plus high end stuff was real cheap with that 20% of coupon. My s100 will be here on friday, damn perry beat me to it.
 
Thing is, when you sign up for this forum you receive an email with your password and a brief overview of the rules and it specifically states where I WANNA, and BRAG AND MOAN posts go, so this should not even be an issue. This is not the place, stop being soft on people. If people would just read, things would be so much simpler =) Besides, isn't the point of a forum to READ it? There are few rules here, follow them and everything will work out fine.

You could check around and pricematch and then use a $40 off $150 coupon code! 🙂
Probably the best deal on digital cameras for the moment!
