i need a digital camera. it is for myself. not for my (or anyone else's) mom or grandma. i was actually looking at either sony cybecshot t9for 345 (+20 for 128mb flash) or the canon powershot elpd sd500for 315 +20 for 256mb flash. i'm not gonna be a professional photographer, but i do want good quality pictures that will be taken in casual situations (such as apt, bar/club, outside, bedroom Laughing , etc)
i also need a gps navigation system. i don't have a lot of money, so it has to be fairly cheap (<400). i was looking at the garmin streetpilon i2 for 245. i also went into EMS and they had some handheld garmin gps there and the guy claimed i can use it in my car also but i need to buy some real maps for it. and the streetpilot is pretty small and works on batteries, and the garmin site says that it comes with full maps of us, canada, and puerto rico...just in case.
alright, so your mission, should you choose to accept it, is either to suggest better camera/gps models and/or to suggest better prices for either of those. Thanks.
