Here's the deal. Before I installed a 2nd hard drive my system looked like this
a: floppy
c: hdd (winxppro)
d: pioneer dvd-rom
e: hp cdrw
f: removable drive( this is a Samsung Digimax 200 camera USB and the problem)
g: hard drive(C from 2nd computer hooked up with a crossover cable and 10/100nic
h: cdrom from same 2nd computer
i: cdrw from same 2nd computer
j: hdd(2nd) from same 2nd computer.
I then installed a 20gig hard drive but didn't want to reinstall or anything. I just needed more room for data so I installed it as a slave.
it became F: and everything else stayed the same. The problem is that my camera will not show up now. Whenever I hook it up I hear the USB chime but it doesn't show up ANYWHERE. I have discovered that if I turn off the 2nd computer, the camera then shows up as that computers hard drive (g. I can then access the camera.
Is there a way for me to make this camera be Removable Drive G: (since the 2nd hd is f and make all the network drives subsequent letters?
Thanks in advance,
Phil
