Digital Camcorder-At least luke warm? Sams Club

Been watching the posts digital camcorders for a few weeks now and had run across this at Sams Club:
Samsung SC-D77
It appears to me to be a pretty good deal for the features and the few reviews I did find were all pretty favorable.
Doing a price scan on the net the cheapest I found it at was around $540 and up to $700?
I know some people frown on Samsung but my experience has been good with several Samsung products I have owned.
Just curious to see if I am missing something.... Appears to be at least a luke warm deal?

PS, the model numbers are slightly different, but believe it or not, I did a search on Amazon for scd77, and the scd67 came up. Also, the specs seem to be identical.

Seen that already but that is the other model SC-D67 Don't remember what the differences were but there were a few major ones.

The 67 is missing the digital image capabilities with smartmedia card and the built in light. The amazon picture of the 67 shows the smartmedia slot, but I don't think it is really on that model.
