Digital Cable Capture Questions

im thinking about finally getting digital cable and was wondering how the capture via firewire was. ive read that HD channels can be captured but what about all the other channels (regular digital)? also, does anyone know if connecting via firewire is supported by MCE2005? would a single box be able to do dual tuner? if not, would i need two boxes OR a special dual tuner box?

any suggestions, warnings, or other constructive comments? any help woudl be greatly appreciated. thanks.
