Digital audio on CD-ROM drives?

Where can you get the little cable - not the four pin one, the two-pin that goes into the digital audio out?
 
I've seen them online, but I don't remember where atm. Maybe Cyberguys.com or Cablestogo.com. Most drives these days support digital through the flat data cable.
 
WinXP, and maybe previous versions of Windows support digital audio over the IDE cable; you can enable it in WinXP in the Device Manager window for the CD drive.
And here is a digital cable for 99 cents.

Win98 SE, WinME, Win2k, and XP all support Digital Audio Extraction. With this feature enabled the audio data is copied directly from the CD and relayed to your soundcard. You do not even need a audio cable hooked up at all when this feature is enabled. In XP this feature is enabled by default.
