digi doc owners please read this!

I'm just getting my digi doc 5 set up. When you put your heat sensor in to moniter the cpu temp, where did you stick it? did you just wedge it into the heatsink? Any more ideas, tips or tricks for mounting and placement of the sensors I should know about? Thanks in advance.
