Diffs in nforce3 chipsets

I tried finding the answer to this, but what are the differences between the nforce 3 ultra and nforce 3 250 etc.....same thing for the NF2. I'm guessing the ultras are the best but then there are the ultra xxx models as well.

NF3 Ultra is for s939 chips. NF3 250Gb is for s754 chips. Aside from that, there is not much difference between the two, they have the same feature set.
