Difficulty OC'ing 3500+ on MSI K8N Neo2 Platnium

I'm kind of curious myself what settings people are using to successfully oc the 3500+ on this board. I have that combo and 1 gig OCZ 3700EB RAM and am having difficulty oc'ing at all, and I'm just starting out with a tiny OC. I try to run Prime 95 and I get an error and the test halts.

I was able to run memtest-86 fine so my memory seems ok. I have a 465W Enermax PSU so I don't think it is that either. I would be thankful for any postings of settings and/or suggestions for me.

Oh for cooling I have the XP-120 with an Enermax 120mm fan.
