Differrence between SofII and SofII Gold?

The Gold version has Punk Buster to help to stem some of the multiplayer cheating that's going on, it also has a few fixes and one more map I believe.
 
don't get the Gold. The latest patch for SofII will turn it into a Gold version. Unless they are the same price or you have a slow connection.

Cool, that sounds good cause I have the regular Sof II game. Does the patch give you the extra map(s)?
