Different volume between 192kbps and 128?

I've noticed that a lot of my 192kbps are quieter then my 128kbps songs when my volume is turned to the same level. For instance, my paperboy - ditty and ludacris - welcome to atlanta are barely heard but at the same exact volume my forgot about dre and the next episode are much louder. Is there any way to adjust the volume's of those songs in some way so they are a little bit equaler instead of adjusting my volume knob everytime a "quieter" song comes up? Thx for the info

You would need a program to edit the file. I believe Cool Edit will do it.
