I've noticed that there are several different types of Radeon 8500 LE's. New egg shows two that are OEM with 64 MB DDR Ram and that are only seperated in price by a dollar. I also figured out that the OEM 8500 LE's have a slower clock speed then the Retail versions.

Can anyone break down the differences between the different 8500's and share their opinion on which they think is the best value.

Also, I know that if you buy CPUs OEM then you don't get any warranty. Is this the same case with Video cards?

Ideally with ATI you'd want to buy an ATI retail product...but if it's out of your budget, get the OEM from the name you trust most. Someone else on these forums knows a lot more about the different companies than I do, so I'll defer to the experts.
As for the relative specs of the cards, if you're shopping on Newegg, it should all be in the listings. Newegg is good about putting all the relavent specs down.
Look for clock speeds first. You'll only get 275/275 off an ATI retail board that's NOT an LE version. Most of the OEM/LE stuff is 250/250, but some will be even lower. The other thing causing price difference will be features like TV-out, DVI, etc... I suppose there's also a question of bundled cables and software, but that's one thing that Newegg doesn't list, you should be able to hunt down the information from the manufacturer websites, but it might be a pain...
Look through the last week's worth of the video forums, most of the answers you could want about this topic have probably been discussed piece by piece there.
Hope that helps!
