Different software disagreering on RAM speed?

So I have 2133 RAM running in my system. CPU-Z, AMD OverDrive, and AIDA CPUID all show the correct speed and timings. But deeper into AIDA64 itself, as well as the new 3D Mark, my RAM is listed as running at 1600MHz everywhere I look.

What would be causing this/is the BIOS always right?
