different Sapphire models

So, Sapphire always puts out so many different models/packages of video cards.
What's the difference between these two? Particularly, why is the Retail package cheaper than OEM?

Could be because the first is out of stock?

Since the Retail is less expensive than the OEM.

I think the second one is a "new" product (since it doesn't have any reviews yet, but reviews don't always tell you that its new/old).

Remember this: supply and demand.

Everyone likes OEM, OEM price goes up. Same with retail. At least, that's what I think.
