Different resolution on two monitors with Nvidia

Hi

I'm trying to setup my dual monitor display (one TFT, one CRT) with my new Nvidia 6600 PciExpress card, and just can't figure out how to set different resolutions and refresh rates for the two monitors. The TFT must run at 60Hz but I would like to run the CRT at 100Hz. Can someone help please?

Once I restarted the machine, all the options appeared and I could change the resolutions independently for each monitor in the display setting window.....
