Different ram/CPU FSB speeds?

I read somewhere that the SN45G runs better when the CPU and memory speeds are the same. Currently I'm running my ram at AUTO setting which is 400MHz and my FSB is 133, is this where it needs to be?

Edit, FSB is 133MHz
