Different preferences for different forums?

I was wondering if there was a way to have different display preferences for different forums? For example, I usually hang out in forsale, and there, I much perfer to see post in order of the first posts(not last post), however, in other forums, Its much nicer to see the last replied to first. Is there some way to do this? Or can it be added in the next version?

Edit: Since I don't want to bump, I thought I would edit.

I realize that not many people would use it. I am not sure how the code works, I can see scenerios, where it is fairly basic to apply, and others that would make fairly complex. Just wondering....

I don't believe there is any way you could do that at present. As for next version... that's Zuni's call.
It seems to me it would likely add too much unneccessary complexity to the preferences setup if you could customize verything for each individual forum.

I agree with Rand, that's a pretty complex order, and one not many people would probably utilize (most seem to prefer one way or the other, not both).
