What is a difference between OCZ OCZ433512EL 512MB DDR433 PC3500 EL Memory w/Aluminum Heat Spreader and
Kingston HyperX KHX3500/256 256MB DDR433 PC3500 Memory w/Heat Spreader ?

Aside from the obvious, one being 512 MB and the other is 256 MB, nothing much of a difference on the overall level. But to the detailed level, it would probably be different makers of the actual microchips and the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) maker.

I would go with Kingston HyperX as long as you get the amount of RAM you want, 256 MB or 512 MB.
