Different Graphic Cards

I have 2 questions:

1- Can I have 2 different NVIDIA graphic cards? Example, GTX 780 SLI for SLI supported games or gaming at higher resolutions, and a GTX 770 for 1080p.

2- Can I have an AMD graphic card for AMD supported games and an NVIDIA graphic card for NVIDIA supports games? Of course Both in one PC

Thank you

All games are supported by both nvidia and AMD. No need for a third card. If a game doesn't support SLI well, just disable SLI in the control panel.

1) You could have 780 SLI and another card, let's say the 770, in the same system. Sure. You could have the 770 do anything you want, including Physx. Thing is, why would you want to continually swap between cards? Your 780s will work at any resolution and, if you have the default BIOS, clock themselves according to the load.

2) Yes, you can have an AMD and NVIDIA card in the same system. You could switch between the two. It's just a matter of convenience though.
