Different flavors of 4870's work in cf?

I have an Asus DK 1 gig 4870 but can't find another one to run CF. I found an HIS 1 gig 4870 (same clock speeds).
Will it work in CF?

Yep.

AFAIK you could also CF with a single 4870, or a 4850, and probably also with the 3000 series.

All 48XX cards are CF compatible with all other 48XX cards.

I appreciate the link. I saw a seller on *bay with one for $225.00 out of Hong Cong! Yeah...sure. No one else has one.
I get about everything from the egg and noticed they had an "open box" Sapphire for $122.00 shipped.
Wth, I figure I'll try it. They give it a thirty day warranty and I don't need any accessories.

Yeah, I got an x2. It arrived today. I was going to sell my Asus 1 gig but decided to keep it. I'm going to install it now in CF with the x2 . Both 3DMark Vantage and 3DM2K6 went up 5000 points. I can't believe my E8500 @ 4.2ghz. or my 4 gig of GSkill 1100 ram @ 1240's holding me back.
