Different companies' 6800gt's

I was looking at newegg.com for a 6800gt (256mb ,non-pci express) and noticed that some of the 6800 gt's are sold out while others are still in stock. Is there any particular reason why some brands like the ELSA, XFX, GIGABYTE, BFG, PNY, and GAINWARD are out of stock but other brands like the CHAINTECH, MSI, AOPEN, ALBATRON, EVGA, and LEADTEK are in stock. I'm going to overclock the 6800gt so the cooling solution is important. Any tips?
 
The Leadtek is probably one of the best anyway if you overclock.

The only problem is that it is bulky and takes up he PCI slot next to the AGP real good.
 
i just ordered the Leadtek version yesterday from newegg along with the rest of my new box.

I saw on a site (i dunno which one it was) but i believe it got up to 432/1150 or something. The cooling on it is probably the best stock cooling solution you can get.
 
If you get this weeks best buy ad it has a ad for 25% off all pny cards. I took that ad to compusa and they honored 25% a 6800gt at 400 bucks today. So after tax and the 2 year replacement plan ( i can oc this card to hell and break it and they still replace it no questions asked) I got a pny 6800gt for $365. O I also ran coolbits determine overclock thing and it but my pny at 415 core and like 1120 mhz memory.
