Different between VIA693 and 694

I just know different of them is AGP4x support.
When I use Voodoo3 2000 AGP(only support AGP2x), actually they will be same performence, but 694 look like better then 693 more! Why?

on the spec sheet, the only difference is the AGP4X, however, I also notice performance increase significently from a Via133 board to a Via133A one. primarily it the memory performance
