Different aftermarket coolers for HD6950?

So there are the DirectCu II from ASUS, the 6950 Flex Edition from Sapphire, TwinFrozr II and/or III from MSI, and PCS+ Vortex from PowerColor. This is for the 2GB version of the 6950.

Which one offers the best cooling performance? Keep in mind that space requirements and price are not an issue.

And also, what is the difference between the Twin Frozr II and Twin Frozr III?

All of them are pretty freaking good but I think Direct CU II is a triple slot. Twin Frozr II or III are pretty good too.

Are you considering buying an HD6950? If so, I'd consider more than just the cooler. Although, I'm not saying that it's not real important.

Oh? Sorry, I'm kind of new to this. What is there to consider besides the cooler? I don't plan on unlocking it or anything like that. I just want to be able to get the highest overclock out of my card, though unlocking it would be a bonus, if it's possible with these non-reference cards.
