Differences in the Abit NF7 boards

Need a motherboard for my brothers computer before school starts. Can someone please tell me the differences between the NF7 boards. I don't need serial ata, but do need sound, lan and such.

they all have lan

NF7 is just the board
NF7-s has onboard sound (very good i might add)
NF7-m has onboard graphics

Thanks. I was thinking of getting him a Barton 2500 and overclocking it some but am concerned that the memory I have won't do much even though I've heard it'll do over 200fsb. The memory is a 512mb pc2700 stick of Winbond bh-6 chips. Would I be fine using this or should I consider something else. Even if it doesn't overclock much, I think he'll be happy with the speed. Any suggestions?

well memory is fine esp considering the fact that the NF7-s or any other nforce2 board will unlock the barton
