Differences between Win2K server and Advanced server??

I think Microsofts website just states that Advanced supports more users. Plus, for apps like SQL Server 2000, you need Advanced.
 
Advance server has support for up to 8 CPU's, 8Gb of memory, network load balancing, and server clustering.

What are you going to use advance server for?
