Differences between the SB Live & the SB Audigy ??

I have the SB live value & wanted to know what differences I'll see when upgrading to an Audigy "OEM" .


I've heard the SB live was a resource hog & Audigy has problems with WinXP etc. .................. If you can , just name the good & bad points of having each card .

24bit Audio
Firewire
No conflict with Via's 686B southbridge
