Differences between OEM and retail Durons?

Hi. This probably a silly question. Are there any statistically significant differences between a retail AMD Duron and an OEM Duron, or does one pay the higher retail price for the fans, box, printing, commission, and other junk that come with the retail version? Thanks.
 
biggest point: 3 year warranty.

oem : 30 day warranty.

Take your chances when you're driving it up to 1.9V and 1GHZ

$ and junk, those are the only differences. get an OEM unless you are weird and like pretty boxes (like my one computer friend who buys retail everything, including cd-roms, cause he likes to look at the boxes).
