I've been looking at the two and can't find much of a difference. The only thing I can find is that the PC-65b is about $25 more expensive probably due to the side window.

Both are black, both appear to have a removeable motherboard tray, both hold the same ammount of drives. Is a side window the only difference and would you pay the extra $25 for a window. Right now it's not a big issue but I may want one in the future.
