Differences between Crucial M4 Model #s

On Newegg there are 3 different versions of the Crucial M4 256 GB drive. They all have 5 star reviews (number of review in parens):

(145) CT256M4SSD2
(3) CT256M4SSD2BAA
(42) CT256M4SSD2CCA

Are these just differences in the firmware versions?

Does anyone know the differences between them? Comparing them on Newegg shows that the tech specs are all the same, but that could be an error on Newegg's part.

CT256M4SSD2 - bare drive
CT256M4SSD2BAA - comes with 3.5" adapter bracket
CT256M4SSD2CCA - comes with transfer kit
