Whats the difference between all the Radeon 8500 cards, like the 8500DV etc? Also, do they make a 128MB version and how much is it? Finally, how can you ensure that you get the actual ATI card with the regular clocks and not some OEM one with lower clocks?

Yes, they do make 128MB versions, but you won't find any performance increase. The Radeon8500DV is basically the All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500 DV, and it has tv capture, stereo tuner, and all the stuff you would find on a TV card. It is also a lower clocked Radeon 8500. 250 MHz core, and 250MHz memory. You can be insured you get the actual ATI card if you buy it with the sign "RETAIL".

But if you do come by a RETAIL that is clocked like the LE, return it, and yell at ATI

ATi's own Retail R8500 (275/275)
Radeon 8500LE (250/250) ATi's OEM R8500, and all Retail boxed third party R8500's and the vast majority of OEM third party R8500's.
R800LELE (230/230) A small handful of third party developers produced these boards, then generally come with slower 4ns DDR SDRAM rather then the 3.6/3.8ns RAM used on the other boards.
All In Wonder R8500DV _190/230) From ATi and Hercules, in OEM or Retail.

There are 128MB and 64MB variants of both the Radeon 8500, and Radeon 8500LE.

ATi is to be releasing the R8500DV2 soon which is essentially an All In Wonder R8500 clocked at 275/275.
The 8500XT was once rumoured to be released but I know seems that this will not even be launched.
The R8700, and R8800 will be released in 1-3 months, and is clocked higher then the previous R8XXX series and uses the updated RV250 core.
