I know a 22" monitor will be wider, but what about height? Am I going to lose a lot of height going from a reg. 19" to a 22" widescreen?


EDIT: Sorry, I meant 22" (fixed)

 
19" LCD to a 20" widescreen LCD, you will lose a bit of height, between ½-1 inch IIRC. Between a 19" LCD and a 22" widescreen LCD, you do lose a fraction, but almost nothing.
