Difference in these two motherboards

What is the difference in this two Foxconn boards.

The second one says it is compatablle with the x2 so I ordered it, but when I got it in it wasn't, I had to flash the BIOS to get it to work. So if that isn't he difference what is.

Foxconn NF4K8MC-EKRS

The reason I ask is I currently have both and am selling one. If there is no real difference than it doesn't matter, but surly there has to be one. What am I missing? The model name is the same other than the second one has a K in the last part.
