DIfference in these MB

I have been looking at these MB's and would like to know the differences. They are the Asus kv8 and the Asus kv8 se deluxe???

Funny that Asus use K8V (not KV8...) on their suit.
Looks like there are IEEE 1394, Wi-Fi slot for optional wireless card upgrade,
The Promise RAID controller is better (R20378, has RAID 0 + 1), some AI BIOS (?)
