Difference in power consumption: 2 X 512MB RAM vs. 1 X 1GB

I'm wondering if there is any difference between say 2 modules of 512MB vs. one 1GB stick in terms of power consumption.

On a related note, would 2 512MB modules give off more or less heat than a 1GB module?

The assumption here is that the RAM is from the same family of products from one manufacturer. So no comparisons between Crucial Ballistix and generic...

Any ideas?

1 ram stick = ~ 10 watt, 2 rams ticks ~ 20 watt

Might even be much less than that, DDR2 modules use 80% less power and this one uses 1.5watt, so I'm assuming normal DDR would consume 3 watts each
