Difference in MSI Boards?

I am giving serious consideration to building rather than buying a Dell, will be using the AMD64x2 3800 or 4200 cpu.
Have been searching for the motherboard and so far I think I will use a MSI (any other thoughts will be appreciated)

I have been unable to determine the difference between these 2 boards which I believe to support the 64x2 AMD's

K8N Neo 4 sli, model #MS 7100 and the
K8N Neo 4, Platinum sli, model # MS 7125

It looks like the only differance is, the Platinum edition has a dual Gb LAN, instead of only one, and the supported CPU list is slightly different, which could be addressed in a BIOS update.
