Difference in Lite-On DVD Drives @ Newegg

Can anyone tell me the difference between the :

Lite-On 16x DVD Model LTD-16301

and:

LITE-ON LTD-163 SPEED

All I could find @http://www.cdrlabs.com/review.php3?reviewid=60&page=Features

Was the 163 speed is the 16301 just the OEM version of the same drive?

anyone get a liteon dvdrom from newegg recently? what revision is it? i need to make sure i get one that can be made region free.
