Difference in EVGA's 7800gt

Can anyone explain the difference in the 3 different 7800gt's made by evga?
There is the N515-AX, N517-AX, N518. I know the clock speeds vary slightly on some and one might come with COD2 but I heard that one of them has a copper heatsink instead of aluminum. Is this true? any other differences I should know before I buy one of them?
 
buy the cheapest one and load the bios from the CO version onto it. It runs fast and cool. Mine runs 470/1100 @ 46C idle, 51C load
