Hi,

i want to know to comparing a video card such as Radeon 9100 128mb vs. 6800GT 256MB....

Does it make a difference when loading 20 Internet Explorer all at once...???(open new windows)

Talking about picture quality too...

No, it doesn't make a difference at all. The amount of RAM you have determines how many IE windows you can have open at any given time.

The 9100 is going to have better 2D image quality as ATI has always led in this department.:)

Unless you have a videocard with 16mb of ram which can get choppy for windows media player (and other such XP operations), there should be minimal difference in "speed" at which explorer opens (not demanding xp operation) and "smoothness" of scrolling on a webpage between graphics cards. You will be primarily limited by internet speed 1st, cpu speed 2nd and ram speed 3rd. Once you open a lot and get closer to 20, ram will become more critical than the cpu.
