Hi, is there difference btwn these 2 cpu?
one oc/ed, one standard?

cuz i heard, the overclocked one can really get the speed of 933, but after a few months, performance starts decreasing.

Is it true?

Is there a difference, the answer is a definite "maybe". The 700 part may have failed some of Intels tests, and therefore set to a lower speed. The 700 part may have passed all tests, but the demand for the lower speed chips, being higher, caused Intel to mark the part as 700.

Well there is always the obvious answer that that the overclocked chip voids it's warranty *chuckle*.
