Forgive me if this has been answered already in the official IS7/E/G thread, but I don't have the patience to read through 425 posts this late at night just to see if my answer lies somewhere within.
So i know this much...the IS7-E is the cost-cutting version, constructed w/out onboard RAID or firewire, and maybe some other things. I know both the IS7 and the IS7-G is in AnandTech's 865/875 roundup, but the boards are not compared directly to each other, and so the differences between the boards are not clear cut. At first i thought maybe the -G stood for onboard graphics, but then it dawned on me that it stands for Gigabit LAN. The only thing i noticed was a different LAN controller and a difference of two SATA connectors, but i want to know if there are any more differences.
