What is the difference between early binding and late binding?

We had a little fun at the spamming turd's expense, and now the thread must die.

Early binding usually happens before 9:00am EST. Late binding happens after it. Of course, if it is a holiday or weekend then it is considered late binding if the binding is done for the prior binding is done for a prior business day.

The hard part with late binding is determining when a holiday exists. There are several holidays that aren't observed by different companies, and worse, holidays like easter which change based on a lunar calendar instead of a monthly calendar.

Ultimately it is up to you the programmer to determine which holidays your business cares about to solve the issue of early or late binding.

Everyone knows this.

We only get the UPS holidays at work not the USPS ones, so late binding happens less often for us.

More seriously: please do your homework first next time. Ask a good question to get a good answer. Once you've RTFM, if you still have a specific point that you don't understand then ask.

I started by helping someone else (TOS link vs. miniplug) and I participated in a buttload of discussions before staring a new thread to ask a question.

By an amazing coincidence, a poster who has created a huge number of forum id's (johnmecanse34, thanks google!), and usually does just one post, seems to have been created to advertise their website/company/spam(?), which I WILL NOT repeat here, for obvious reasons.

The sole/single (usually) post, seems to always be a relatively simple (but ill defined) programming issue, probably because the (spam?) link (in their about me page, and via google searching), is programming related.

SPAM(?) example:
Username:johnmecanse34
Rank:Rookie Rookie
Occupation:SPAM**************???
Interests:SPAM**************???

Yeah it's pretty easy to spot these idiots. The way I look at it we can either ban him, or make fun of him. Since I can't personally ban him, relentless mockery is my only option. Not that he will be back here to see what we think of him. Guess I might as well lock this.
