Difference between Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu and Zalman CNPS7000-Cu

I want to konw the difference between the Zalman CNPS7000-Cu ,and the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu.

To me thye look the same, the only difference i found was that the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu supported the AMD ATHLOn Xp processor.

Can someone plz tell me whixh one i should get, i have a INTEL P4 Presscott precessot 3.0ghz with a 1mb of L2 cache

i was wondering the same thing myself. But after some looking into, it looks like the A version has less stuff for mounting like klah said. the non A version does not have the support bracket for the amd64, while the A version does and other stuff.

both will work on your cpu. I am going to purchase the A version to use on my p4 right now and then once i go a64 down the road i will switch it over to use in the new system. so its really up to you which one you want, both will work.
