Difference between XP 64bit and Server 2003 Enterprise 32Bit?

I cannot run Vista, but I need more than 4GB of RAM for my Windows XP applications. What are the differences between XP 64bit and Server 2003 Enterprise 32 bit?

Thanks

Same questions I would ask. I will let you know that the driver support on XP 64 in the past hasn't been too great. That may have been fixed or it may still be an issue. I'm quite curious though as to why you cannot run Vista.

Interesting - what application? It runs in XP but requires >4GB? That makes no sense. Typically you'd want to run a 64 bit OS for large memory aware applications, but XP wouldn't even be a consideration - it would be 2003 or Vista, 64 bit version of each.

Windows 7 64 bit with XP Emulation is an option. (I'm running it, not one BSOD/Crash)

And its free until retail if not later.

The OP needs to use CAD/CAM software, which will probably not be great inside a Virtual XP. Remember, the Virtualized video is an emulated S3 Trio 64 card.
