Difference Between Xeon and Northwood?

The biggest difference is that the Xeon is Dual-processor enabled so you can run up to 8 of them on one board depending on your OS. Northwood P4's on the other hand can not be run a a duel or multi-processor system. As for OCing, I don't know, I have a dual P4 Xeon system and it cost me to much money to ever try.
